The Michipicoten Golf Course is a not-for-profit public golf course located in Wawa, Ontario just down the hill from town. It is a picturesque full length 9 hole course with a creek flowing in front of the second green and the Magpie River running alongside Hole #9. The course originated back in the 60’s providing a lay out with mature trees, good sized greens and a mix of holes that will provide all levels of golfers a chance to test their skills.

Irrigation means that our course is green all summer long providing great playing conditions. Hole placement is varied regularly and tees provided a challenge for both the front and back nines’. Carts are available for rent but the course is well laid out and provides a very pleasant walk. A beverage cart circulates during peak hours to keep golfers hydrated and nourished.

A full driving range will allow everyone to practice those drives and work on their short game. Range hours change with the time of year but we are usually open from 8 am until 8pm for use. There is also a practice green available prior to your round.
